I like small things that sparkle, shine, surprise. I like to find things. After a search, or unexpecting. I regret a hell of a lot, but there aren’t many things I’m sorry for that don’t include a touch of meanness of spirit. That’s a bitch to get rid of.

Learn to forgive yourself for whatever you may have done in the past, and move forward with positive thoughts filling the space that was occupied by regret. It’s the only way to live in peace.
Forgive me for being nosey — I came across your site quite by accident. Your writing is incredible. Have you published anything (outside of this blog)? Lovely prose.
That’s a nice little compliment. And very true. Especially of the poetry. You should slap up Chrysalis or some of the old Eagle’s Quill writings sometime when you get the chance.
I just happened upon your blog and I have to say your writing is amazing. Surely you are already a published writer! I grew up in southern Oklahoma in the 50’s and 60’s and the stories of your family are very similar to my own family history. Thanks for the interesting read.
